KOR Results is a telehealth private practice located in San Francisco, California specializing in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Phobias, and co-occurring depression. We utilize a variety of evidence based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Inference Based CBT (ICBT) to help our clients work through their OCD and help build a solid foundation to combat their anxiety and compulsive behaviors.
About the Role
Half-time mental health therapist position in private practice. You will be one of the first individuals to join this private practice. You have a desire to treat individuals across the lifespan; kids, adolescents and teens, and adults using the most recent evidence-based treatment. An attitude of fostering growth, positivity, and a passion to help those in need is a must. Individual must be willing to telehealth sessions (and must hold an active license in California).
Clinician will assist patients with:
Clinical review to determine appropriate diagnosis
Educating patients and their families on anxiety diagnosis
Providing evidence-based treatment to all patients
Consulting with additional clinicians/psychiatrists when appropriate
Clinical staff must support a positive work culture, have an eagerness to learn and adapt to research in the field. Clinicians will be supported regularly with ongoing specialized training with experienced OCD provider.
Who We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Licensed Masters or Doctorate level therapist
Must be clinically licensed and in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences/California Board of Psychologist Examiners
Provide confidential and non-judgmental services to patients
Consistently maintain HIPAA compliant patient records
Must be eager to join a private practice team, while practicing self-autonomy and utilizing support when necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years in the treatment of mental health disorders
Experience treating anxiety disorders with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness based treatments (MBCT), and Inference Based CBT (ICBT)
Licensure in California
