I am often asked how do I get outcomes?
And I ask depends what you are willing to put in.
If you are all excited but only willing to put in maybe 50% of your time, sweat, blood, and tears, then you will maybe get 50% outcomes.
Working as a CBT coach, I see people show up with intense fears, anxiety, depression, stuck and also extremely motivated to have outcomes and ready 100% (not maybe 100%) to do the work to get outcomes.
Part of what I consistently talk about is that to have outcomes and feel relief and have practical tools at your disposal that are simple and readily accessible take showing up and doing the work. Without doing the work, you won’t get anywhere.
No one got to any place with a maybe some commitment to an effort.
You have to ask yourself are you done with the maybe some % of commitment and ready to do the work to get the outcomes you want?
